A POS that can run a whole supermarket floor.
Many departments, items sold by weight, EBT and eWIC shoppers, and thousands of products. One system, set up by CDI.

Why this is different
A supermarket is several stores under one roof.
Dry goods, fresh food, the deli, and the register up front all work differently. You carry thousands of products and serve shoppers who pay every way there is. Few systems are built for all of it.
Thousands of products
A full grocery floor carries more items than almost any other store. You need fast scanning and a stock list that keeps itself up to date across every aisle.
Items sold by weight
Produce, meat, and the deli counter are all priced by weight. That has to be worked out at the register, correctly, every time.
EBT and eWIC shoppers
Most EBT money is spent on groceries, on a weekly schedule. eWIC has strict rules many stores avoid. Handling both well brings those shoppers to you.
Departments that sell differently
Dry, chilled, frozen, and fresh all sell at different speeds. One long product list stops being useful. Departments keep it manageable.
Many departments
Run every department from one system.
A supermarket only works when the front register, the scales, and every department speak to the same system. CDI sets it up to match your floor, instead of leaving you to wire it together yourself.
- One system across dry goods, fresh, and the counters.
- Weighed items priced correctly at every register.
- Setup and staff training are included, not extra.
A supermarket has more moving parts than any other store on this site. It is worth a real conversation about your floor before anything is ordered. Call 303-273-5800.
Benefits shoppers
Take EBT and eWIC, and win the weekly shop.
Most EBT money is spent on groceries, and it is spent every week. For an independent supermarket that is not an occasional sale. It is the whole weekly shop, and it goes to the store where the card works smoothly.
EBT and SNAP
Approved food rings up together with everything else. CDI fills in the government application and gets you approved.
eWIC done right
eWIC has strict rules about which items qualify, so many stores handle it badly. Doing it well wins you the whole trip, not part of it.
Full details on how approval works are on our EBT and eWIC page.
Only from CDI
Give people another reason to come in.
CDI sells both NRS and Boss Revolution. So one company sets up your register and your phone and money services. That means international calls, phone top-ups, and e-gifts, all from the same machine.
Your customers pay in cash and you earn money on each one. See the Boss Revolution page to learn more.
Card payments
Keep more of every sale.
Grocery margins are thin, so card fees matter on every sale across a busy floor. CDI sets up your card payments through NRS Credit Card Processing. Send us your current statement and we will beat the rate you pay now.
The $199 bundle
The register equipment and card payments together, with no contract. Your customers pay the card fee.
Or a cash discount program
Would you rather your customers see one price? Cash Discount is the other way to do it. We will explain which one fits your store.
Questions
Common questions from store owners.
How long does it take to get set up?
CDI takes care of the application, the equipment, and the setup. Call 303-273-5800 and we will tell you what your store needs and what happens next. There is no charge to ask.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There is no contract. We do it that way on purpose, so you can leave if the system is not working for you.
Can one system handle several departments?
Yes. It runs dry goods, fresh food, and the counters from one system, with weighed items and EBT built in. Tell us about your floor when you call and CDI will set it up with you.
Do you support Spanish-speaking staff and customers?
Yes. Se habla español — you can speak to us in Spanish, and this site is available in Spanish too.
