The POS built for a liquor store's real problems.
An age check on every sale. Stock counts that handle single bottles and full cases. Lower card fees. One system, set up by CDI.

Why this is different
Four things a normal register gets wrong in a liquor store.
Almost everything you sell needs an age check. Much of it sells as single bottles or as full cases. And your sales are larger than in most stores. Most systems were not built for that.
Every sale needs an ID check
Not just some of them. The check has to be built into the sale, not something the cashier has to remember.
You sell the same product two ways
One bottle and a full case are the same product at different counts and prices. If your system cannot handle that, your stock numbers will be wrong within a month.
Large sales, small margins
A $60 sale costs you more in card fees than a $6 sale. Those fees come straight out of what you earn on your best sales.
Busy seasons and slow ones
December is not February. You need to see what sold last season before you order for the next one.
Age verification
Every sale needs an ID check.
In a liquor store the age check is not an exception. It is every sale. The NRS POS asks at the register, so it happens the same way on a quiet Tuesday and on a busy Saturday night.
- The register asks before the sale goes through.
- A new cashier follows the same steps as the owner.
- Nobody has to remember to do it.
The risk is not usually the customer who looks young. It is the busy night when the check gets skipped once. A reminder on the screen means your cashier does not have to decide.
Inventory
Sell single bottles and full cases, and still know what you have.
Most stock problems in a liquor store come from counting the same product two ways. Getting this right when you set up saves you more than any report can later.
Bottles and cases
One product, two ways to sell it, one count that stays correct. CDI sets this up with you instead of leaving you to work it out.
See what sells
Stock sitting on a shelf is money you cannot use. Seeing that before you order again is the main reason to have a system.
You can read more about the software on our POS software page.
Only from CDI
Give people another reason to come in.
CDI sells both NRS and Boss Revolution. So one company sets up your register and your phone and money services. That means international calls, phone top-ups, and e-gifts, all from the same machine.
Your customers pay in cash and you earn money on each one. See the Boss Revolution page to learn more.
Card payments
Keep more of every sale.
On larger sales, card fees are one of the few costs you can actually control. CDI sets up your card payments through NRS Credit Card Processing. Send us your current statement and we will beat the rate you pay now.
The $199 bundle
The register equipment and card payments together, with no contract. Your customers pay the card fee.
Or a cash discount program
Would you rather your customers see one price? Cash Discount is the other way to do it. We will explain which one fits your store.
Questions
Common questions from store owners.
How long does it take to get set up?
CDI takes care of the application, the equipment, and the setup. Call 303-273-5800 and we will tell you what your store needs and what happens next. There is no charge to ask.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There is no contract. We do it that way on purpose, so you can leave if the system is not working for you.
Can the system handle both single bottles and full cases?
Yes. It is worth setting up properly from the start. Tell us how you sell when you call, and CDI will set it up with you.
Do you support Spanish-speaking staff and customers?
Yes. Se habla español — you can speak to us in Spanish, and this site is available in Spanish too.
