From a $200 investment to more than 4,000 retail locations.

CDI's story began in 1996 when founder Rob Dieter invested $200 in prepaid phone cards and placed them in a single retail store in Denver, Colorado. What started with one store grew into more than 30 years of experience in prepaid telecommunications, retail technology, and credit card processing.

• Beginning in 2009, Communications Distributors (CDI) began as a distributor of Boss Revolution services and has since expanded its portfolio to include POS systems, credit card processing, and other retail solutions.
• More than 4,000 retail locations across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada rely on CDI's products, services, and support.
• Behind CDI is an experienced team with decades of experience. We provide our retail partners with responsive support, personalized account management and practical technology and payment solutions designed to help them operate more efficiently and profitably.
• Now led by a second generation, CDI continues to grow under Kurt Dieter's leadership. While our products and services have evolved, our approach has remained the same: build strong relationships, provide dependable service, and help our customers succeed.
